Croydon’s The Garwood Foundation needs tables, PCs, and monitors

The Charity:

Based in Croydon and also covering the surrounding boroughs of Sutton, Bromley, Tower Hamlets, and Merton, The Garwood Foundation supports individuals with physical and learning difficulties.

With a school for young people who have profound disabilities, a day centre for adults to socialise and participate in activities, and a residential home for 14 adults, the charity aims to promote the care, welfare, interest, treatment, and advancement of education of adults and children with cerebral palsy and other profound, multiple, acquired or other disabilities.

The Project:

The Garwood Foundation has a new Learning Zone where its service users can learn basic English and Maths skills digitally, as well as access the Internet. The Learning Zone is also where group activities, such as sewing, puzzles, and jigsaws, take place. As such, the charity is looking for items that will support the space.

The Ask:

  • Tables suitable for activities that can seat approx. 6 people

  • PCs and monitors

Can you help?

Are you a business based in Croydon or the surrounding London boroughs that might have one or more of these items available to donate? The Garwood Foundation would be delighted!
