Doddridge Community Centre in the heart of Northampton seeks donations that can be used as Christmas gifts

“Sometimes it’s the simple things that can make a big difference.”

The charity:

The Doddridge Community Centre was established in 1995 in the heart of Northampton. It provides a variety of facilities as well as helping community groups and enterprises. It also organises a wide range of activities such as a breakfast club, a stay-and-play group, and Lego and coffee mornings.

The project:

The Doddridge Community Centre is planning a present drive within Northampton, to ensure that 100 vulnerable families who are struggling with the cost of living are able to provide their children with some presents this Christmas.

A small gesture of donating toys, clothes or art-and-craft materials will put a huge smile on a child’s face this Christmas: imagine a child waking up on Christmas morning to no presents.

The ask:

  • Toys

  • Clothes

  • Art-and-craft resources

Can you help?
