Green Synergy, Lincoln, needs donations of plants, seeds, rose bushes, and laptops

The Charity: 

Green Synergy is a Lincoln-based gardening and horticulture charity that supports people to socialise, learn, and thrive. Currently managing two community gardens, Green Synergy works with those of all ages to foster caring, healthy, and nature-connected communities.

The charity also delivers volunteering opportunities and community engagement events, and particularly works with disadvantaged groups and those with additional support needs – including people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.

The Project:

Green Synergy is about to embark on the restoration of a community garden, and is in need of plants, seeds, and rose bushes to support this work.

The charity is also looking for laptops for its children’s ‘Tower Power’ project, a programme that uses outdoor and gardening activities to enable children and young people to feel more connected to their community and the nature around them.
