Nottingham Focus On Wellbeing CIO is in need of laptops and arts and crafts materials

The Charity:

Nottingham Focus On Wellbeing (NFOW) is a peer-led project that helps people struggling with their mental health. The charity has established various groups and activities, based on suggestions by its members, that help participants overcome the loneliness, isolation, stigma, and discrimination of mental illness.

Run by the former service users and staff of decommissioned statutory and NHS mental health, social inclusion, and occupational therapy services, NFOW puts peer support and pastoral care at the heart of everything it does.

The Project:

Nottingham Focus On Wellbeing is seeking to open up its IT Group to more individuals in the local community, while its Craft and Chat Group is always in need of various arts and crafts materials.

The Ask:

  • Laptops

  • Arts and crafts materials (such as paints, papers, fabric, fabric trims, and toy stuffing)

Can you help?
