Crewe-based Heaven’s Playground Org are in need of a PC, laptops, and craft supplies

The Charity: 

Heaven’s Playground Org are a loss support charity, mainly focused on Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) but ready to support all going through a grief process.

Handmaking Early Loss Boxes for miscarriages and Memory Boxes for stillbirths and neo-natal deaths, they have supported local community hospitals and grieving families in Crewe, Cambridge, Edinburgh, and elsewhere. Heaven’s Playground Org also make angel cards, dedicated to/from a lost loved one, which contain personalised verses and pictures.

The Project:

Having recently registered as a charity, Heaven’s Playground Org are moving forward with their work. They strive to handmake as many of the contents of their Early Loss and Memory Boxes as possible, in order to give personalised support to those grieving. They are also in the process of updating their website and spreading their cause via social media campaigns. Their volunteers are currently using their own personal laptops to do this, as well as to virtually support grieving families and individuals, and to design angel cards and graphics.

The Ask:

Heaven’s Playground Org are in need of:

• 1 PC for their head office

• 3 laptops for remote volunteers

• Craft supplies (paper, card, envelopes, Cricut items, wood, wax, clay)
